Veggie Salad or Vegetable salad is the easiest and most quickly made recipe, full of nutrients and we can use as many vegetables as we want. The combination of plenty of fresh and colorful vegetables makes it so healthy and tasty that you can easily eat it for one time meal. Mostly recommended for those who have digestive problems and for those who are following a strict diet plan.
So, let's jump into the recipe and enjoy this bowl full of nourishment !!!
This recipe for vegetable salad is quite simple and can be done in just 15 minutes. The basic needs for this recipe are Vegetables -> Carrots, Cucumbers, Onions, Tomatoes, Beetroot, Zucchini & green chilies, these are the basic veggies. Apart from that optional vegetables are like Cabbage (need to boil), spinach (slightly saturated) & methi leaves.

How to make Veggies Salad
First of we need to collect all the vegetables that I mentioned above, need to cut them into small pieces according to your desire.

Wash the vegetables lightly in water, but remember do not overwash them as it will result in loss of nutrients from the vegetables.
Take a little amount of amount like virgin olive oil, avocado oil, sesame oil. Use of oil is optional and mix it well with the vegetables.
Spices that we are going to include is ground black pepper, cumin, chilli flakes, chat masala, mustard powder.
Now, just mix all these well and keep it for a while in the refrigerator. Serve it after 10-20 min.
