Palak/ Spinach, rich in nutrients is something that cannot be neglected while cooking food and not considering it. It is considered to be rich in iron and whenever we talk about green vegetables, spinach comes into mind which basically is important for healthy eyesight.
so, today I am writing this recipe blog, which is something healthy and tasty and kids also must like the taste and enjoy it.

How to make Palak Paratha
So, for Palak Paratha, we need spinach around 100-150 gm (for 4 people), and takeout each leaf of it nicely and check for worms and discard the rotten and eaten leaves.
Now wash the spinach leaves well under running water to remove the dirt and then take a bowl with some water and dip the leaves and add a sprinkle of salt & leave it aside for a while.
Then after 4-5 minutes again rinse the leaves under running water, the above step will remove all the pesticides & insecticides from the leaves.

Now, we require to blend it well into a paste. So, take a blending jar and half inch ginger, and 1-2 green chilies (according to your desire).
Blend it well until it becomes a smooth puree.

In the next step, we require to make the dough from wheat flour.
so, take 1 & 1/2 cup wheat flour into a container and add the palak puree, prepared in the previous step, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala & 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Optional spices are Kasuri Methi, red chilli powder, etc (according to your taste).

Now mix all the things well to prepare dough as I did here.
Add 1 tbsp of oil if the dough gets sticky otherwise, you can skip it.

Ultimately, the dough will looks something like this, it gets a nice shiny texture.
Now, take out small portions from it and start rolling using some flour into the rolling porting.

Sprinkle some amount of flour, and start rolling the small portion of dough like a chapati.
Then take a tawa or a pan, heat it well into the stove and put this chapati into the pan and roast it for both side (2-3) minutes.

Now using a spoon add a little oil one the paratha and fry it on both sides. and take it out when it gets a shiny golden colour.
Your Palak Paratha is ready, serve it with yoghurt or pickle.
